We're getting towards the pointy-end of the Winter sports season. There's a month left of the soccer season, and the local football leagues will be starting their finals series in the next few weeks. It is more important now than ever to remember hip mobility exercises before and after all training and games.
Hitting the deadlifts and bridges to strengthen your glutes is a terrific pre-season or early season. Later in the season, you need some direct mobility. Check out these two exercises to keep a happy groin for the rest of the season:
